Cloud Architect · Developer · Maker

I architect cloud systems & build the products that run on them.

(…and tinker with a few other things)

A bit about me

👋 Hi, I'm Prince.

I design cloud architecture by day — AWS platforms, landing zones, cross-account governance, infrastructure as code — and ship my own things by night: a macOS app, hardware experiments, and this very site's infrastructure.

I like the whole stack of the craft — from the IAM trust policy nobody will ever read to the last few KB of CSS that makes a page feel right. A good system holds up under load and gets the details right.

I build my own things because I love to. And honestly — getting the exact tool I want usually beats paying a subscription for someone else's version of it.

Architect

AWS architecture at organisation scale — landing zones, multi-account governance, hybrid cloud, and serverless platforms teams actually build on.

Developer

Full-stack, end to end — C#/.NET and Node services behind typed, fast front-ends, from serverless microservices to SaaS.

Maker

Native apps, hardware, and embedded systems — for the fun of it. A macOS app on the App Store, plus drones, 3D prints, a smart home, and the odd robot.

Worked with

I've been fortunate to build with — and for — some great teams over the years, on payroll and as a consultant:

  • IKEA
  • Sony
  • Axis Communications
  • Prioritet
  • HiQ
  • Sigma IT Consulting
  • Codan
  • RSA
  • Qronos

Projects

A few projects I'm happy to put my name on — from cloud platforms to apps and hardware. Most of the smaller stuff lives on GitHub.

A macOS menu-bar app that dims your displays beyond the system minimum and warms them — independently, per display.
